Annette Gaborit Annette currently presents two programs on Cairns FM89.1, Global Beats (Mon 2 - 3pm) a program featuring the latest releases from around the world and Excuse My French!, presented in French, is  designed for the local Far North Queensland French community with new, current affairs, events and music from France and the French speaking world. Annette is also the station trainer. Annette also produces Global Village a multicultural program for Cairns FM and she has produced 12 hour specials for International Women’s Day.

Blair Martin, has had over 20 years experience in training, team building and in a variety of workplaces. He was the Training Coordinator for 4ZZZ in Brisbane and has delivered several in-house Announcer Training programs as well as CMTO Pathways courses on Basic Sound Editing, Presentation and Interviewing and has coordinated recent Pathways Outside Broadcasting courses.

Jason Hagen, is the Training Coordinator at Brisbane’s 4EB, having previously fulfilled the same role at ABC Radio where he was also a Project Manager and breakfast presenter.

Kim Stewart

Kim Stewart is a social worker and board member of 4ZZZ,with almost 20 years of community radio production experience. She coordinates the Ability Radio Project (winner of the 2015 Tony Staley Award), which facilitates radio training for people with intellectual disabilities. She is a Doctoral candidate in Creative Industries at QUT, and with QUT students produces a mental health and wellbeing program on Zed Digital, Only Human.

Michelle Brown has worked in the Australian music and media industry for over 19 years, including six years as Station Manager at 4ZZZ. Michelle has a passion for community media, is a musician and has a background in multimedia and marketing.

Peter Gill

Peter Gill

Peter Gill has been actively involved in radio for over 40 years, from DJing and producing through to working as both a Programming and Production Manager at various stations. His extensive experience also covers training and mentoring, in-house at stations as well as for the JMC Academy. Peter currently works at CoastFM in Cairns.
