Indi Wood grew up in the Bega Valley on the far south coast of NSW. Living in a family without television drew him to radio at a very young age. He got involved in the local community station in Bega, Edge FM, at eight years old. After spending his high school years presenting a weekly drive program, he made the move to Melbourne to study at RMIT. In 2005 Indi got involved with Triple R and SYN where he was presenting graveyard shifts and working as reporter, producer and presenter for the Panorama current affairs program. In 2008 he worked as a co-Executive Producer of Panorama. Indi has produced features for RN, The Wire, local radio for the ABC, worked as the Program Director at stations in Fiji and Taree and is currently the station Manager of Radio NGM, a network of 14 Indigenous station spread across the Ngaanyatjarra indigenous lands of Remote desert WA.

Paul Tolley
Paul Tolley is an experienced trainer and broadcaster.  Paul has previously worked for the Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association (CAAMA) and as a Screen & Media lecturer for the Bachelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education. He has also trained at the New England Institute of TAFE. Paul has an Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media and has also worked as a media advisor and TV producer throughout his career. Paul has now returned to CAAMA to take up the role of Manager - Remote Indigenous Broadcasting Service.

Elaine Rabbitt

Elaine is a training manager at Goolarri Media Enterprises, based in Broome Western Australia. She trains and mentors radio broadcasters, both paid workers and volunteers, write curriculum and lecture when required, responsible for ensuring the RTO is AQF compliant, quality assurance, ensuring trainers are upskilled, language, numeracy and literacy programs, negotiating training contracts and implementing them, leading validation meetings and adding industry areas to our scope.

Elane is also involved in Oral history training and recording. She has recorded and continues to record the stories of people from all walks of life. She has worked on numerous oral history projects Australia wide.

Benjamin Erin 8CCC Benjamin is Station Manager at 8CCC, Alice Springs and Tennant Creek. He is an experienced trainer and producer, a graduate of AFTRS Radio Program and Content Directors Course, and the Institute of Community Directors Diploma of Business Governance.
Barbara Clifford Barbara is and experienced trainer and business consultant with experience working with First Nations Media Australia, CAAMA Radio, CAAMA productions, Warlpiri Media (now PAW), PY Media, Ngaanyatjarra media and as a Tutor for Batchelor Institute.
