Julie and Josine make a fantastic team as 2DBLJ and helped the trainees at 3WAY in Warnambool get their heads around interviewing and editing.

“It was rewarding to hear the improvement in the second interviews and witness the progress in editing with all of the participants very much enjoying the whole editing experience,” Josine said.

One trainee commented that the training gave them insight and an opportunity to explore issues pertinent to their station
