Enterprise Development Officer

The CMTO is looking for an Enterprise Development Officer who is self-driven and highly organised. They are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the CMTO’s traineeships programs across Australia,  together with the development of new traineeship opportunities. The role also  entails developing and identifying new training opportunities through building  partnerships with like-minded organisations who can benefit from the CMTO’s  range of training services.

 

What skills should I have?

  • Sales and business development skills and experience
  • A sound knowledge of the various state traineeship programs (desirable, but not essential)
  • Able to work autonomously and to project deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels and across multiple organisations
  • An understanding of accredited training and the VET sector (desirable, but not essential)

About the workplace

The CMTO office is located near Redfern Station.

The office is on level three and is accessible via a lift. 

Flexible working hours and remote working hours can be negotiated.

The Community Media Training Organisation is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 91800), delivering accredited and pathways training to community broadcasters around Australia.
