Creating a safe space for teams to take risks, ask questions, and learn from mistakes increases confidence and motivation.

Learning how to ‘fail safely’ takes practice – instead of falling into a trap of self-recrimination, we can learn from the experience, enabling us to tackle tough new opportunities with a greater degree of confidence next time. 

In this interactive workshop, we’ll discuss creating a psychologically safe zone for yourselves and your teams by practicing techniques using relevant scenarios.
