Leadership Strengths Workshop with The NonProfit Alliance
When people focus on using their strengths, research shows that they are six times more likely to be engaged. And when people and teams are engaged, great things happen – they enjoy their role, achieve their goals, and know that their contribution is valued, in their team and their organisation.
The CMTO has partnered with leadership experts The NonProfit Alliance for our latest community broadcasting leadership learning opportunity.

Limited places are available for current and aspiring trainers, station managers, board and committee members. You’ll need to be able to commit approximately 2 hours to the consultation process, and travel to Sydney for the workshop.
Successful applicants will complete an online skills assessment and individual consultation with a NPA practitioner accredited by the Langley Group – Australia’s experts in positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neuroscience.
