Training requirements: Cohort of 8-10 staff/ volunteers 

Description:

Studio rebuild, grant projects, moving transmitters… big projects can feel overwhelming. This course will provide the principles and best practice of successful project management. This course can be run at one station or participants from multiple stations can join in to complete it together.

This course covers:

• The project people: project manager, team and stakeholders 
• Project life cycle 
• Project planning: scoping a project and developing a project management plan 
• Execution (implementation) – carrying out the project management plan 
• Monitoring and controlling the project 
• Closing the project 
• Evaluating the project 

CMTO Pathways courses do not lead to an NRT AQF certification.
