Description:

This session aims to provide stations with a clear understanding of how to use and implement administrative systems. Through the engagement of practical exercises, participants will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge to create effective policies and procedures appropriate for their station.

This course covers knowledge of administration, administration systems and administration planning.
