Training requirements: Cohort of 8-10 staff/ volunteers 

Description:

This course will equip community radio volunteers and technologists with practical working knowledge on operating software playout systems. This course can be custom made to fit what system is currently in place at a station. The complex inner workings of everything from Dalet to ZaraStudio can be demystified.   

This course covers:

• Basic technical skills that everyone in your station could develop
• How to do to problem determination, identify faults and call for help
• Tips on building a technology team
