Early in my career I worked alongside Uncle Bob Weatherall for F.A.I.R.A (Foundation for Aboriginal and Islander Research Action) helping to develop strategies and procedures for repatriation of Aboriginal Remains from Museums both here and overseas, as well as organizing and preparing for conventions, meetings and other community events.
I have been an active member of the Brisbane Music Scene for the last 30 years, having performed and recorded as a singer/songwriter for many community festivals, activities, live radio both local and national. I was also a trained dancer and model for 10 years and performed both in theatre and on TV
Currently, I work in various roles including: First Nations Mentor and Co-Facilitator for First Nations “Pass The Mic’ Announcer Training for 4ZZZ and the CMTO. I love working in the Media sector. Entertainment has been my gig for nearly my entire life and I hope I can share the joy.
