The CMTO’s team of experienced mentors are ready to try and lend a hand.

CMTO is looking to assist stations that are dealing with specific issues by providing them with a 10 week program of targeted training and support, delivered by an assigned industry mentor.

If you have a problem that needs solving or an upcoming project you’d like to have support with, this program would be great for you!

Whether it’s a fundraising campaign, a studio refit, inducting a new board, or completing a license renewal, weekly mentor meetups and training resources could help you make a plan and stay on track.
