Access and Inclusion Coordinator
To coordinate the development and delivery of training, mentoring and work placement programs for CMTO’s ‘Audio Accessibility’ ILC project.
About the workplace
- The CMTO office is located near Redfern Station.
- The office is on level three and is accessible via a lift.
- Parking is available one day a week.
- Flexible working hours and remote working hours can be negotiated.

Do you have experience in Community Media and creating access for people with disability in the sector?
Are you passionate about the values of community broadcasting and the importance of supporting people to speak for themselves?
Are you self-motivated, enthusiastic and enjoy being part of a driven and supportive team?
In this role, you will coordinate the development and delivery of training, mentoring and work placement programs for CMTO’s ‘Audio Accessibility’ ILC project.
CMTO’s Audio Accessibility Program is a blended learning and mentoring program for people with disability who are interested in volunteering or working in the Creative Industries.
You will work closely with Community Media Organisations and build their capacity to host people with disability as volunteers and workers.
You will have skills in project coordination, experience in stakeholder management and experience working with a diverse range of communities and volunteers.
You will have the ability to work to deadlines and autonomously. You will have excellent oral, written, and personal communication skills.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, young people, and people with lived experience of disability are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Community Media Training Organisation is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 91800), delivering accredited and pathways training to community broadcasters around Australia.
