Volunteers are the lifeblood of the community broadcasting sector in Australia. Now more than ever, we need our volunteers to rally behind our stations and the communities that they serve, as well as ensuring a safe environment for their continued involvement.

With over 22,000 individuals contributing their time, talent and effort to serve their community. The CBAA is incredibly fortunate to be able to call on the support and advice of Volunteering Victoria for our next specially scheduled webinar looking at how we can take care of our volunteers as we work together through COVID-19.

Volunteering Victoria promote and build a vibrant, strong volunteering community that is inclusive, respected and sustainable, helping build resilient communities and developing empowered, active people through meaningful volunteering.

Join us as Volunteering Victoria provide advice on:

  • Looking after our volunteers
  • Creating a safe environment for volunteer involvement
  • Establishing and maintaining best practice for volunteers at your station
  • Using the updated Volunteering Victoria Volunteer Management Toolkit at your station
